Indigo Impressions --Experimental Band

This band is mainly for recordings with different people and different combination of instruments.

I'm trying to fuse different genres of music, which are mainly free jazz, psychedelic, noise and others.

You might feel uncomfortable with my music, but I think that it is a part of my point.
If you listen to this and get used to this sounds, you'll feel quietness in your inner spiritual world.

Indigo Impressions

Indigo Impressions Sessions Member (20/12/2009):

Indigo and Clouds & Darkness : Mihoko Abe(t.saxophone),
A.Laala(Guitar),Daigo Nakai(Bass),Jerome.H(Drum)

Indigo and Prelude: Mihoko Abe(s.saxophone), A.Laala(Guitar)

About tunes

This is a suite. These tunes are inspired from some jam sessions we had. I
just put some motives and organized the structures, although they are mostly free based. Each take came out differently due to the loose structure. We recorded several takes of each songs and
chose the best one.

About tunes

We did these tunes a year ago. I got these songs
from Music from inner space website.
I used loop pedals and effectors for the first time in this piece. I
like loops, because of the endless repeats, they make me feel funny and sometimes they are very soothing.
I especially like the loop at the end of the second tune, it's in a strange time signiture...4/4,4/4,4/4,7/8.
